In the spirit of Italian Rose-ie, a savory light red. Demands food, in a non fussy or authoritarian way ( can I say Greek?!). Saltwater red taffy, orange zest, & light pomelo notes. — 5 months ago
Drinking with mom and dad at Sarma. The color is very pale but with more of a hint of green. The nose is very light. The taste is flinty, it has pear notes and a little lemony but isn't super sweet or very sour. Would drink again, was $14 a glass. — 3 years ago

red fruits like cherries, strawberries and intense aroma of spices (licorice and white pepper) and herbs. It is medium in body, balanced with fresh acidity and has silky gentle tannins. Organic and biodynamic. — 3 months ago
Vin blanc sec (1.4g sucre), acidité présente mais très bien équilibré, il n’y a pas citrus intense, au contraire il y a un certain velouté en bouche. Fleurs blanche, pêche. Excellent avec volaille, poissons, fruits de mer. SAQ Cellier $19 — 2 years ago
