Second take on this one because I really enjoyed it the first time and we even went back to buy a couple of bottles to bring back home. Previous notes stand and we had it with food this time around and it works super well with white meat cooked on the grill and light summer veggie and salad dishes. Last evening in the Polish mountains. We will come back. — 4 months ago
Very nice flavours of cherry, plum, raspberry, and a touch of leather/earthy (in a good way!) Well balanced. Nice bottle too! — 3 years ago

This is a legendary wine and wow is this elite. Nose is the essence of NSG aka “The Bordeaux of Burgundy.” Stunning cherry fruit. So vivid. A creamy aspect also to the nose but on top of wet earth and stones. Tiny berry fruit intensity and mashed violets. Super aromatic. Palate is so well knit and silky with a meaty element as well and distinct cherry fruity. Mid season but also some black cherries as well. This has classic Ledy structure but is so approachable for this bottling. That’s 17! Will be back as it opens. But out of this world right now. Amazing tiny berry intense fruit! Also a pastille effect on the finish. — 3 years ago
Very dark burgundy with a lot of ruby and dark purple tones.
Earthy, cheese rind and mushroom dominate the nose. Surprising tannins, ultra tight and intense this one needs to sit for another 5 years at least - maybe longer-;regretting opening it now.
I don't have the experience to know what this will become but I know that it will be a greater wine than it is today. — a month ago
Balanced in every way. I love it. — 2 years ago

Vintage 2020 | if all generic Bordeaux was at this level, there was no problem wathsoever. Strict when popped and poured. But with a day (or two) for what is left in the bottle it’s so comforting and velvety. Paired with old sheep’s cheese. — 12 days ago
