Lemony and tart with a dry finish. — 6 months ago
Really special Austrian chardonnay. Definitely drinking again b — 8 months ago
Beautiful orange color, semi-dry and bittersweet on its own, smoothens and sweetens when paired with a citric/acid based meal. We paired it with a warm, lemony, tuna Niçoise salad which elevated both the wine and the meal. — 4 years ago
Dry, floral, mineral, salt — 6 years ago
Natty bubbles and silly good. This was in a category unlike anything I can recall. — 7 years ago
Nose: cranberry pretty flowers.
Palate: very light. Cranberry but not tart. Elegant. Spice. Has some Burgundian roundness. Some hint of richness. More plum fruit.
Chrysalis maybe darkroom.

So where did you get your water before this?Morillon vom Opok
Biodynamic Chardonnay from Steiermark.
Cloudy, smokey, yeasty, sappy, fresh!
Bruised apples, ripe lemons, underripe pineapple, green mango. Plus some hay, flinty, smokey aromas. Juicy, fresh, enticing.
On the palate with vibrant acidity, with great freshness & depth. Rough around the edges, with a touch of cidery notes, a bit of VA. There’s a creamy touch to the mouthfeel. And a mineral hint. This is ultra drinkable and so delicious. Love it! — 4 years ago
Pet Nat rosé. A beautiful salmon color with a hard candy nose... strawberry, cherry and watermelon jolly ranchers. More dry on the palate but still some fruitiness, and lingering minerals. Get to Know Pet Nat class.
Mild aromas of apple skins, light on the palate with light effervescence and apple skins, a slight sweetness and some lingering minerality. — 5 years ago
