Just so accessible and complex for a medium range wine. Pure joy! Nose is a tiny bit of reduction, slate and tropical fruit. Body is very balanced. Maybe not the most profound wine of you wanna criticize something.. — 3 years ago
Paired with a nice Indian meal. Off dry complemented the heat and spice. — 5 years ago
My first time with this vntg. More spatlese on the nose than GG: lovely guava and mango, a touch of saffron, lychee, so tropical and dense. On the palate: good acidity and density: sour apple, lemon, here we get the GG extract and density. This intensifies in the mouth and has considerable density on the finish. Yum. Less well-delineated than '15 forward, and, unsurprisingly, showing more signs of age. — 5 years ago

Wonderfully clean and fresh presentation with great acidity and roundness. Subtle grapefruit - not tart and not sweet - that provides a strong framework that anchors this wine in contrast to a white burgundy’s minerality. A wonderful wine with seafood!. — a year ago
Very dry with a minerality on the nose with notes of peach and slight petrol. Long, dry finish with more minerality with peach and green apple. — 5 years ago
Beautiful nose - petrol, pear, baking spice. Off dry. Strong acidity and well balanced. Young but with complexity and depth, especially on the nose. — 9 years ago

Heavy petrol, sulfur. Smoky, oil, citrus fresh finish, long. Excellent. — 5 years ago
