Blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, deep Ruby color with aromas of berry fruit, spice, cedar and herb notes, aged in French oak. On the palate flavors of cherry and black raspberry with cedar, wafts of vanilla, wrapped in herb spice notes. Fine soft tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit and sweet spice notes. — 4 months ago
A great Pinot! One of the best west coast Pinots I have had in a long time. Smooth tannins. Cherry fruit. Restrained oak. A lot to like. — 8 months ago

Mmmm - delicious! Quite full bodied with a deep ruby red color. Enjoyed with red meat and all by itself. Flavors of blackberry, plum and dark cherry. — 9 months ago

Great vineyard for this wine. Better than others I have had. Soft, round, and fruity. Random Tuesday watching Brewers put Cuba back into second place. — 3 months ago

2007 vintage. Nice fill. Used a Durand to open but good cork nonetheless. Decanted and tasted after 15 minutes. JFC...does the oak ever die on this nonsense? Tried to bushwhack through it without success. Even the Alexander Valley product has the good sense to have the oak minimized/integrated/drop off after a decade. Not the case here. There's a reason why I haven't even considered carrying this on a wine list since the late 90's. This go round didn't exactly convert my opinion. 8.16.26. — 2 days ago
