Sick nose. So complex. Hint of sweet wood, such a complex perfume and florals. Lovely pit fruits that are just vivid and detailed. So deep, endless nuance. This is a knockout. Palate is like elite 1er cru white burgundy. Awesome sweet wood that is so well integrated that only an MW could pull this off. The complexity is off the charts. Brown sugar, pitted fruits and an almost Cochr like luxuriousness. This is brilliant! Brilliant freshness and this is straight as an arrow and laser like in its precision and finesse. Perfect balance. Blown away. The depth of this perfume is amazing. Almost a Tolkien like amalgam of earthen scents. So special. Palate is so round yet so pure. Salty now on the finish. This winery was recommended to us by the owner of Vine Wine Shop and Lounge in Boise. My wife and I thought their Cabernet Franc was outstanding. It has black cherry, black plum, raspberry, preserved fruit, and cedar aromas with a great spice note. After doing our tasting, we got a bottle of Cabernet Franc to drink on the outdoor patio with the Snake river down in the valley. Quite impressed with this winery and had a case of their wines shipped home to Houston. — 5 years ago

So happy I saw the 2014 at Costco. Even happy it was only $14. The 2010 was a serious sleeper. The 2014 is no slouch either. Black fruit flavors backed up by mushroom and wet earth. Tannins are strong and firm but not overpowering. Enjoyable now, could use some decanting. Outstanding QPR. Stock up. — 7 years ago

Everything in its place for this mid week pairing w grilled peppers and Persian inspired lamb burgers.
Plenty of dark fruits on the nose. Not a lot of funk. Hint of CO2 on palate entry that dissipates w time in decanter. Suave, silky texture and with balanced acids that seem fairly mild. — 6 years ago

2009 vintage: toasty brioche, nutty (pistachio? Never said that before!). An elegant note of lemon peel.. Persistent mouse. This champagne opened so much over the course of 45 min we hat I wish I had let it warm up a tad before drinking. Absolutely rich and elegant.
