Phenomenal. A rare (for me) example of a 22 year old Nebbiolo expressing perfect balance of aged character with fruit and acidity with tannins intact. — 4 years ago
Slight earth ripe stone fruit. Excellent. Traditional blend reminds me of Italy. — 7 years ago

Оказалось, что это совиньон блан, поэтому ярко и леденцово, но вполне прилично и интересно. — a year ago
I had this in Greenville at Foxcroft. It was great. My fav of the 3 I tried. Juicy and refreshing. Kept me coming back for more sips — 2 years ago

100% Dolcetto. Bright ruby red color. Aromas and flavors of ripe strawberry and black cherry, plums, red and purple flowers as well as sweet spices. Earthy, spicy and nutty notes on the finish. Mouth watering acidity and very light (barely noticeable) tannins. Fruit forward, simple and basic. Solid. — 2 years ago
As far as white varieties from Piemonte are concerned, I tend to encounter Arneis more often than Favorita but this was a very welcome way to change things up! The 2019 “Valle dell’olmo”brings a fascinating nose of confected kiwi, orange pith, white pepper and some toe jam. The wine is dry with medium+ acid. Medium+ finish. Drinking really nice right now and can’t really see the purpose in aging it though it would likely hold easily for a few years. — 3 years ago
Slight sorbet front end to cream over the pallet — 4 years ago
Dessert wine, but not extremely sweet
Very fresh
On the nose is almondy and cheese plus amazingly floral as if you are on an Alpine highland where cows are free range
It reminds me of a Malga Toma di Gressonay
On the palate is very citrusy somewhere between an orange rind and a grapefruit plus all the flowers still there and a almondy finish
Very very good
Production is so limited i can't even hope to get another bottle unless i go to visit Val d'Aosta
I guess the label doesn't follow any legislation/doc, but a little writing on the side of the label should hint that grapes were sourced from the 2012 vintage🤷♂️😅 — 5 years ago
