Green apples, cut grass, salty rocks, an enticing mineral character.
On the palate this is fresh, mineral, with interesting herby, butter edges and a racy underripe lemon acidity. Energetic, zingy, herby, mineral. Delicious. And soo food friendly!

After enjoying the Tement SB earlier, we decided to try another and we were so glad we did. This SB retained the tropical and citrus aromas and flavors, but the barrel aging rounded out the mouthfeel and finish. My daughter has never been so enthusiastic about a wine before! Cab Sauvignon & Zweigelt, aged 24m in used barrique.
Amazingly fresh, vibrant, youthful.
Dark plums, dark berries, flowers, cloves & allspice. An earthy, musky undercurrent. On the palate this is juicy, fresh, with great energy & flow. Black berries, finely grained & quite firm tannins. So juicy, so young.
Drinking beautifully right now, would have never said this is 12y old. Delicious stuff! — 4 years ago

Oak aged Pinot Blanc... I love it! 😍
Especially when it has such refreshing acidity, such elegant and dense personality and this lovely fruity and herbal mouthfeel. It hovers somewhere between a Riesling and a cool-climate Chardonnay.
