I don't have a lot of experience with Rosé bubbles to begin with. But this is very much balanced and quite a bit more balanced than I was expecting. Nose of strawberries and cream. Entry was more of a slightly underripe strawberry with some melon and cream. Nice medium bubbles. Not too big and obnoxious and makes the wine seem a little lighter. A little over 40% Pinot noir and about 30/30 Pinot meunier and Chardonnay. 12% abv. In a nice spot.

@Joshua Fisher Reminds me German Spätburgunder. Cherries, raspberries, some smokiness. High acidity and silky tannins. Quite enjoyable.
