Excellent drink. Needs to be decanted even at 25 years old. Drink now — 3 months ago
Dark fruit and mild tannins — 4 months ago
Pleasantly surprised. Still dusty but good. A bit tanic. — a month ago
Will be delicious for many more years. Very juicy and full of complex earthy flavors. — 2 months ago
Good but harsher and more tanic than we remember. Didn’t decant but maybe needs it. Opened up a week later but not the favorite still. Definitely more balanced. . — 5 months ago

3/2026. Good fruit, bold and a nice finish. Quite the blend. Paired well with the dry aged rib eye at Halls Chophouse. — 10 days ago
