Not sure why I was surprised but this was delicious. Need to search it out. — 5 days ago
It’s hard not to love this wine. We should have decanted and probably drank this before dinner as opposed to force fitting it into the dinner. Could have held back since I suspected this would happen but I’m of the opinion that time is short and holding for the perfect moment that may not happen is not worth the risk. Pour and enjoy even if it’s not at the apex. — 8 days ago
Had a bit of browning around the edges. Little bit of prune as well but still nice. Can’t hold these any longer. — 8 days ago
Next level. Actually the air from the decant did it well. Could have aired it out longer but we had Warriors game to get to!!! — 20 hours ago
Delightful and not over the edge yet. Dont think it gets better and with too much air it started to show its age. The nose pops out of the glass. It’s a deep fruit/berry aroma. No alcohol on the nose or palate. It has a rich, deep flavor profile, not overly sweet, clean not cloying. I don’t get any greenness or bramble which while sometimes I like it generally don’t so this is really singing for me. — 5 days ago
Bit sweet no burn but a warming feel. Has a pleasant finish with no alcohol burn. My Russian friends prefer a bit more punch. Comes in an amazing case for the bottle which is all you are really buying. The bottle itself is ridiculously heavy as well with a replacement top for later use as a cognac decanter. — 3 days ago
It’s nice and a crowd pleaser. — 8 days ago
Probably WOTN although I think the Abreu is a better wine. This one just went better with the food as opposed to the Abreu which should have been decanted and had on its own. — 8 days ago

Could have been a little cooler but the flavors shine — 20 hours ago
