On it self before din er - wow! Smooth, velvet, nice acid, very well balanced, from 2016 when we were at the winery, drinking now 2020. Yummie!
With soft cheese, grilled mest, greek salad, tzatsiki- mmmm.

Blend of Mandilaria and Mavro Aidani
Intense fresh sour black cherries, pomegranate juice, a whiff of black pepper, allspice.
On the palate this is fresh, with vibrant acidity and nice, juicy acidity.
This is on the leaner, fresher side with sour cherries galore… worked v. nicely with some grilled pork chops. — 4 years ago

This was super complex. It grew on me as it breathed. 45% Assyrtiko, 35% Malagouzia, 15% Vidiano and 5% Aidani. Mangos. Hints of vanilla. Enjoyed at Koufadakis in Halkidiki. — 9 months ago
