This is a delicious PetS, not too jammy. It has intense blueberry and raspberry flavors, with that distinctive undertone, peculiar to Washington reds, and tastier than it sounds,, of chocolate-covered mushrooms. — 2 years ago
A really nice red blend. A great "go to" especially as the weather warms. Nice for grilled meats outdoors or charcuterie. It's an unusual blend with real depth. — 2 months ago

Disgorged 11/24 with 5gr dosage. Golden color with high acidity. Lot of brioche notes, fresh apple with bruised apple showing after 3 ours of air. Long time on the lees. This has a lot more oxidative character than other of the Moncuit cuvees — 23 days ago
