On the palate flavors of jammy blackberry and cherry with pronounced sweet vanilla oak, cacao and pepper spice notes. This wine had very good bright fruit flavors. Minimum tannins. A touch of acidity that was needed to keep it from being too juicy.

Just a gorgeous nose. Sweet, ripe but never treacly cherries. Mid season. Birthday cake. Cranberry skin. Poised and detailed. Wow this is a 9.6 nose. So nimble yet expressive. Huge finesse and refinement and that classic 21 achy beauty. My goodness this is so elegant. Barely any tannin and needs some time to develop but this is very fine. Palate is complex and so fine.
