Bodega Pablo Fallabrino

Zuccardi

Fosil San Pablo White Blend 2022

The first of four Chardonnay’s from around the world. This explosive Chardonnay comes from a vineyard at about 4300 feet in the shadow of the Andes. Minerally, crisp, clean and structured. — 3 days ago

Alta Collection San Pablo Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Very nice Uco valley cab. Balanced wine with elegant layers of fruit and beautiful hints of cassis. Low alcohol at 13.9. Fresh and screams to be paired with food. James Suckling 94 pts way out there. lol — 3 days ago

Familia Zuccardi

Poligonos del Valle de Uco San Pablo Cabernet Franc 2027

Bell pepper, chilli pepper, tamarind, red fruit… cherry, raspberry, cedar, vanilla, dill (but tech spec says aged in used French oak). On the palate, unripe blackberry and seeds. No noticeable cream on the palate (effect of melo gone?) — 9 months ago

Pablo Fallabrino

Anarkia Tannat 2020

This is Pablo Fallabrino’s “Anarkia” Tannat fermented in steel with native yeasts and no added sulfites. Opaque purple in the glass and fairly aromatic with notes of ripe raspberry, blackberry jam, and freshly ground coffee. This is a concentrated and flavorful wine that really impresses with its juicy acidity and super fine tannins. Such a lovely contrast to the polished gravitas of Bodega Garzon. It’s exciting and inspiring to be introduced to the flavors and imaginations of new producers showing us that they’ve found something special that’s well worth the exploration. — 3 years ago

Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Graciano

Worth checking out! Definitely a Chardonnay but a much cooler one, more minerality, a little fermentation, nice balance, maybe a little less alcohol, less viscosity. — 6 months ago

Selección de Barricas San Pablo Single Vineyard Estate Blend 2013

Smoky red and black cherries, plums, chocolate and vanilla and a bit of tobacco and a smattering of to add a savory layer. Rich, but goes down smooth and easy. Holding up well with age as well. Tannins quite smooth at this point.
