This is backwards out of the gates but it’s all there. Huge density, power and concentration while remaining fresh and incisive. Needs an hour and I will be back. Needed way more than an hour. Still on day 2 this is dense and sinewy. Really structured but so fresh. Acts like high end Crozes or baby Hermitage. On day 3 this has finally come around! Like the 18 and 15! Unreal aromas and so expansive. Sweet, dense and long 9.4 to 9.5. But it was like pushing a boulder up a cliff. — 3 months ago
Wow, the very last bottle in Higgins cellar. it was shy at first, quiet and understated. We thought for a second maybe the best years were in the past but we were rewarded with an example of the the beauty of Oregon Pinot Noir. As it opened up the layers of secondary notes took the forefront and the subtle gave way to a deeply complex wine, where the dance between vintage and winemaker had given way to vineyard and the knowledge to just let the wine be what it wanted to be. Cheers Doug best Brickhouse I have had maybe ever. Pure transparent terroir — 8 months ago
"Odedi"
Reddish/ purplish in color with light intensity.
Soft on the nose and medium in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing red currants, cherries, earth, black coffee, light oak, spices, herbs and black tea.
Medium plus on the finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Pinot Noir from Oregon. Elegant and nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel.
This Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is complex, spicy and entertaining.

Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years. A little longer for this Magnum.
Good by itself as a sipping wine.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were grown on volcanic soils from 25 year old vines. Drunk from a Magnum.
13% alcohol by volume.
