@Scott@Mister A’s-San Diego, this was the first red (after the Champagne), I took the picture, Delectable had never heard of it, I requested expert review, 20 minutes later after other pictures, I found out my “Unidentified” wine had simply been deleted. WTH?? So, I took a new picture, and it spot on identified the wine! Amazing, no!?!? (@"Odedi" nodding his head yes, LOL!?

My other comment on this was that it reminded me of early Siduri “Hirsch”
Pinot Noirs, but those wines are mostly either dead (from crappy plastic or whatever corks in 1995/1996, and just age from pre-2000) — in contrast, this wine tasted like 5-10 more years wouldn’t be a problem!!

It’s color is showing it’s age. Slightly tart cherries and a fair amount of acid with a bit of sweet tannins. Definitely on the wrong side of the hill unfortunately. Still enjoyable. — 4 years ago
