Very light salmon pink taking on that orange hue. Aromatics are orange blossom, hibiscus, and lemon grass with some vanilla tying them neatly together. Flavor is citrus fruit and creamsicle with a brief stop on the mid palate for some tannins and then a sharp cleansing acidity. Goes very well with an elote risotto with chipotle chicken. — 8 months ago
2022 vintage. Sampled via Coravin. Medium-medium heavy body. Vineyard from the highest point in Gevrey-Chambertin. Gorgeous throughout already with surprising, back-end spice fest. Tannins slightly muted but started to creep out after a few minutes in the glass. This likes to speed and is going places. 1.30.26. — 2 months ago

Still so primary! Tons of red fruit. Not closed at all — 5 months ago
My first Saint-Bris! Pale lemon yellow color. Plush aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, chalk and abundant fresh herbs. Flavors of unripe peach, all those savory herbs, green apple and lemon zest. Noticeable mineral backbone on the long and drawn out finish. Lively and crisp acidity. Medium-minus body and wonderful freshness. Vibrant and harmonious! There are Chablis comparisons here. Another example of outstanding white burgundy! — 3 months ago

Medium gannet and ruby color. Raspberry, strawberry, cherry, and blackberry fruits mix with a balanced acidity, black tea tannin, and cedar box/earthy terroir. Vibrant yet balanced six years in. — 5 months ago

Delicious. Nose has that mineral “stank” that I associate with Auxey in spades and love. Deep fruit, sidling up from the apple side of the spectrum to the peach side, along with nice wet straw notes. Hint of melted butter. On the palate it’s concentrated but nicely balanced. Nice length and intensity. Best vintage of this wine I’ve had yet. — 2 months ago
