Top du top, épais, compoté, riche en arômes. — 11 years ago
2021 vintage. Syrah with carbonic maceration. This is not just about the (black) fruit, it has a serious tannic structure too. Not really cheap, especially if compared to the other wines of this estate, but very good quality. Only 7000 bottles produced. Abv. 14%. — 2 months ago

Not my usual taste but I really liked it — 6 years ago
Another strong vintage of this great Provençal Rose’. Cherry, strawberry and watermelon dominate. Lots of mineral. Light and airy. Great food wine. — 8 years ago

2022 vintage. This is the white Étincelle ( Pays d'Oc) from La Clapière. Grenache Gris (40%), Gros Manseng (23%), Grenache Blanc (22%), and Viognier (15%). White stone fruit ( plums, peaches), flowers and a hint of fresh rosemary. Quite powerful, with the Gros Manseng acidity keeping the balance. Very good length too. Not exactly an aperitif white. — a month ago
