A regional 100% Chard sourced mainly from Côte d’Or (the Côte de Beaune and the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits), and Mâconnais deemed as Edouard’s house signature and sensible price point. Truly “à la mode” Chard that combines freshness of citrus, lemon and orange, with elegance and subtle aromas of mandarine peel. Barely any of cream, but soft on the mid-range palate with a finish of hazelnut and an amazing dry and clean completion of baked pear layers. — 9 months ago
I want more. More rose petals, more game/spice. — a month ago
Clean and crisp on the palate. Apples and pear with a refined delicious finish. — a year ago
A blend from (57%) Estate fruit, and a sizable portion (18%) Mes Filles Vineyard. Medium Ruby color, purple edges, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral and complex spice. On the palate concentrated flavors of raspberry, plum and currants with pepper, tea, herbs, cinnamon and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, long finish, ending with spice, ripe fruit and warm woody tones. Very Nice! — 2 years ago
