WOW!!!! 2017 Chateau Gloria Saint-Julien , Domaines MARTIN. - Bordeaux France!!!!!!! I have finally found an exceptional bordeaux that rocks my taste buds! The color is dark burgundy. The legs are long and slow. On the nose, there’s lots of rhubarb pie and violets! My initial pallet is tantalized with explosions of blueberries, boysenberries, cherries, and chocolate. The mid pallet quickly resolves into a velvety, slightly buttered texture. Then there is a dive straight to the finish with lots of earthy oak and cigar box with a very moderately dry finish. . This is a good one!!!!!! We purchased this in Ireland and brought it home to the USA. Delicious summer drinking. Great with cheese and crackers while floating on the river. Notes of peach, a little bit of white flowers and grapefruit, and mineral on the tail. No bitterness that I sometimes find in (cheaper) rosé or Sauvignon blanc. — a year ago
I love a Provence Róse with a little age to it! Presents with cherries, strawberries, melon, nectarine, and cucumber. Nice viscosity on the palate, nice long herbal finish, with a touch of lavender. I prefer Rock Angel over Whispering, which has a bitter floral element to it that bites, just my taste preference. — a year ago

I thought this was a great wine. Already showed some fresh cut garden hose characteristics! 13.5%. Classic! Big for a Riesling. Had this at a business function so could not write more notes.
