Delicious! — 2 months ago
Fresh and vibrant with red fruit aromas alongside spicy, earthy undertones and hints of mineral. Lively medium-bodied yet juicy, refined and silky tannins, good acidity, and a refreshing, mineral finish. — 3 months ago
Blue-purple fruits, earthy, mineral tones, mid-weight finish. — 5 months ago
Mmmm - delicious! Quite full bodied with a deep ruby red color. Enjoyed with red meat and all by itself. Flavors of blackberry, plum and dark cherry. — 6 months ago
One of my favorite wines to have with basic pasta with tomato sauces (with or without meat) is Argentine Bonarda. Unfortunately we’re overrun with effing Malbec and Bonarda remains hard to find in the states, even though it’s widely grown in Argentina. This has the classic dark, purply color. Tangy dark mountain berries, crushed rocks, and bitter herbs on the nose. A blast of flavor initially, fading quickly into lingering minerals and acids. (A flavor profile that just works with the aforementioned pasta.). Cheap and good. Glad I stumbled on this. (Not sure why @Delectable Wine published my notes a second time as a comment 🤷) — 2 months ago

Was not familiar with torrintes but this was delightful, perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon glass (or 3!) — 5 months ago
katarina ammann
Heavy tobacco, smoke, and earthy tones on top of dark fruits. Opens up very dynamically because of its vintage. — 2 months ago
