Classic Gruner from top producer. Radish, white pepper, tart apricot, great acidity. Great value too. — 3 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The NV Brut Rosé pours an attractive, pale pink with persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of strawberry, raspberry, apple, lemon, lightly toasted brioche and minerals. On the palate the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is medium+; round and balanced. I could easily drink the shit out of this. Drink now. Base harvest is 2020. Disgorged January 2023. — 21 days ago
