The farm funk and cherry notes paired beautifully with garlic noodles and duck! — a month ago
Decent nose. Ruby color. Smooth on the palate but not bold. Lots of resources fruit. Merlot 37%, Syrah 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 12%, Caladoc 11%, Grenache Noir 4%, Mourvedre 3%, and Carignan 3%. — a month ago
Fantastic Chablis, evolving nose that shifted from balanced white floral, to lemon peel, to slightly farmy/sulfur notes. Very soft and round mouth feel, present but not overpowering acidity, lasting finish that becomes more savory and rich as it develops. — 4 months ago
Checking out a new wine spot….so had to be Vosne Romanee (for benchmarking purposes 😉).
Selected a great producer and vintage but not Grand Cru/Premier Cru, so interesting to see the difference 🤔
Earthy, leathering, not quite as refined and smooth as the Grand Crus but we are really being picky…still a great bottle of wine…and new venue (we will be back)! — a month ago

2022 vintage. Last tasted 9.29.25 (9.4) and 3.26.25 (9.4). Staff Burgundy tasting. Gained a little muscle and body and not quite as delicate as previous visits. Still...very nicely made and delicious. 2.17.26. — a month ago
