The farm funk and cherry notes paired beautifully with garlic noodles and duck! — 6 months ago
Checking out a new wine spot….so had to be Vosne Romanee (for benchmarking purposes 😉).
Selected a great producer and vintage but not Grand Cru/Premier Cru, so interesting to see the difference 🤔
Earthy, leathering, not quite as refined and smooth as the Grand Crus but we are really being picky…still a great bottle of wine…and new venue (we will be back)! — 6 months ago

Fantastic Chablis, evolving nose that shifted from balanced white floral, to lemon peel, to slightly farmy/sulfur notes. Very soft and round mouth feel, present but not overpowering acidity, lasting finish that becomes more savory and rich as it develops. — 8 months ago

After my cat pee NZ wine last week, I needed reassurance. This is reassuring. Gorgeous nose of gooseberry and crushed limestone. Only a faintly herbal whiff, at a level that adds complexity. Minerally and intense in the mouth. Soft-textured. Just enough acidity to keep it fresh. Bone dry, and the slightest bitterish note in the tail end. Love it. — 7 days ago
