I love a Provence Róse with a little age to it! Presents with cherries, strawberries, melon, nectarine, and cucumber. Nice viscosity on the palate, nice long herbal finish, with a touch of lavender. I prefer Rock Angel over Whispering, which has a bitter floral element to it that bites, just my taste preference. — 3 months ago

Opened prior to dinner and enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2011 pours a bright gold color with medium+ viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with gorgeous notes of ripe and tart orchard fruit: bruised Golden Delicious apple, lemon drop, marmalade, white flowers, a whiff of clove, Marcona almonds, lanolin and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is wooly. Weeeeeee!!! A special bottle that’s drinking so well at the moment. Drink now with patience through 2036. — 3 months ago
Wow! Even better than a few months ago. Olives, blueberries, game, forest, pepper, plums. It’s interesting having this a few days after storm Syrah. Very similar. Love that there are more of these us syrahs with good fruit but balance. Central coast style. — a month ago
This winery continues to produce some fantastic wines year after year. A rich supple mouthful of the good things that time talent and patience will reveal. — 3 months ago
Plum, pomegranate, boysenberry fruit with chocolate and tobacco tones. Complex but smooth. — 6 months ago

This was awesome! Lovely darkish gold color. Aged apples to start then popcorn and subtle butter with more air. Very deep, thick wine. Well balanced and refined. — 12 days ago
