La Braccesca (Antinori)

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Sangiovese Blend 2021

This wine is made primarily from Sangiovese grapes, offering vibrant red fruit flavors, balanced tannins, and a delicate finish that showcases the family's dedication to quality and legacy in the region as they have been crafting wine for 600+ years.
On the nose the fruity notes are prominent yet well balanced by subtle touch of violets and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is remarkably balanced and characterized by some striking aromas of strawberries and ripe cherries. As a mouthfeel, medium-bodied and remains on the tart side with a very long smooth finish. I pizza and red sauces pastas wine.

Poggio alla Sala

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Sangiovese 2018

Pretty color of ruby with a fruity nose.

Medium to full in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate, elegant and rich.

Showing plums, cooked cherries, spices, light oak, licorice, light vanilla, tobacco, peppercorn, chocolates, earth and herbs.

Tangy finish with medium tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a very tasty Sangiovese from Montepulciano. Spicy and tangy. Complex and interesting.

This 7 year old is well balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. Will pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

Southern Belle Vino de la Tierra de Murcia Red Blend

Had the 2016 on Derby Day 2025. Dark, rich fruits. Some chocolate with a hint of leather. Vanilla and caramel from the barrel. Very interesting wine. The artwork on the front label is absolutely fascinating. Had to do the back of the bottle to get it in this app. — 2 days ago

Vigna Asinone Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Sangiovese 2016

If I could I would give it a 9.35. This is the 4th bottle I have over several years and it keeps on evolving in a positive way. Nose is terrific and fruit, acidity and tannins are melting together. I still have 2 so probably the last one will be at peak 🤞 — 3 years ago

Messaggero Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Sangiovese 2018

Lighter in color but definitely big berries on the nose black currant, blackberry, a hint of tobacco. So well delightfully balanced. Obtained through Molesini wine club — a month ago

Vecchia Cantina

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Sangiovese Blend

A Sangiovese driven wine with a delightful vivid ruby red with notable violet hues. On the nose is highly persistent in the fruity and spicy notes.
The one is already in its prime time, well-balanced between acidity, and approachable tannins. Tends to be a bit fruitier with some red berry compote with a juicy mouthfeel and moderate finish, which makes it savory as the spices shows on back-end of the palate as well. Cheers!
