So good to have a quality Swiss Pinot here in the US! Thank you @Lyle Fass . This is just great. Lots of cranberry and sour red cherry, but so refined. The floral and spice notes really balance it out. I’m getting some allspice, but might just be from the holiday season :) Fresh with great length. This makes me so happy, since we won’t be traveling to Zurich this year. Had it with sesame tofu and broccolini (homemade take out Chinese). Weird pairing (would have been better with a dry Mosel Riesling or sparkler) but I still enjoyed it. Zum Wohl! — 4 months ago

Palate: seashells. Lemon zest. See t minerals. As it opens gods lemon juice.
Needs air. 44 minutes.
As it opens. Salivatory. So good. So distinctive.
This is an iconic Swiss wine. It’s up there with great burgundies. But so different.
