Delicious and unusual blend of Cab Franc, Malbec and merlot. — a year ago
Great with shrimp dishes. Very citrus forward. Very refreshing. Frankly would be great on any hot summer day. — 4 years ago
Atlantic Ocean, lite...Notes tomorrow?
192H Update:
Nose has fully saturated oak plank, moist almonds, incredible sweet & saline notes, fermenting green apples, white chocolate bar, white candle wax and fresh yellow apple slice. Palate has almond broth (does that exist?), dried yellow apple, chamomile tea, moist bread, faint green olive (?) with mild saline finish, faint acidity. Damn I do not drink enough Manzanilla! — 4 years ago

Dairyman Vineyard sits in the southern alluvial plains of the Russian River Valley near the ocean, a region where cooling fog comes in through the Petaluma Gap in the morning and once again in the evening. Medium Ruby color, with aromas of berries, tea and spices. On the palate flavors of raspberry and tart black cherry with herb, cedar and cinnamon. Fine tannins, medium+ finish with lively acidity, good structure, ending with fruit and cedar spice. — 4 months ago
Chardonnay from 40 years old vines in the Trout Gulch vineyard, a very cool site on sandy loam in Aptos, about 4 miles from the Ocean in Sabra Cruz County. Pure nose with aromas of citrus, salt, crushed stone and white fruit. Medium-bodied, bright, lively with citrus flavors. Good acidity and noticeable salinity on the palate — 4 years ago
Decant your white burgs! This improved so much with air. There’s such power and verve with incredible depth and seamlessness of its layered Chablisen minerality, with buttercream, roasted hazelnuts and an ocean spray-like salinity. It’s texturally captivating, wrapping around the palate with killer density without weight. Racy acids balance its richness and secondary nuttiness and it finishes forever. Excellent. — 7 months ago
Nose - gardenia, chamomile, ocean and clay pot. Appearance - Super duper clean. Beautiful light straw color. Main tasting notes - tart lemon all day with a little bit of grapefruit. Pretty acidic with a longer acid finish but the acid works well with the lemon flavor. Really nice with a spicy summer chicken dish. Not always a fan of acidic whites but this hits the spot. — 2 years ago
