Solid vintage year for the reserve cab. It’s one of the better balanced mid-Atlantic cabs you can find. It has the density and complexity of a top tier cab you’d expect from.more acclaimed Napa vineyards - but without the the ‘in your face’ tannins. Nice job Penn’s Woods! — 4 years ago

Lovely! Minerally, lemon zest, Bosc pear and mouthwatering finish. — 7 years ago
Now this is some good monkey! LoL. A really nice sour beer to enjoy either with friends and a grill or by yourself watching Netflix in your underwear — 8 years ago
Had a glass at the winery and it tasted good enough to buy a bottle and bring home. So … at home , it pours a deep ruby color. Aroma of red raspberry and berries and a hint of smoke? . Cherries and raspberries in the middle with a dry pucker at the finish. — 5 years ago
This Pa brewery is rocking my world. Close my eyes and taste this, and I drift back to my time when I lived in Waterloo, Brussels. Label says 9.5% abv, but it’s tucked in nicely. Woody notes on the palate, with cardamom, cloves and licorice. Heart-warming as it slips down the hatch. Well done! — 7 years ago
Amazing that’s it — 7 years ago

This was good. It wasn’t earth shattering like the way the cashier made it sound, but it was decent — 8 years ago
Consistency is good - see my notes from earlier vintage. Approachable on opening. Floral on the nose. Dense spicy raspberry and a touch of leather on the palate. Starting to show some mineral on a moderate long finish. Tannins show at the finish. Perhaps the vines are getting more mature as it seems as if the profile is moving towards an old world style that may need cellaring in future vintages. — 3 years ago
Just as delicious as I remember it. Can distinctly taste the black cherry. It is delightful to taste the actual description of the wine. Definitely on the sweeter side. — 6 years ago
This 2017 is back on track with goodness! Great aroma, juicy fruity well balanced full palate experience. Long finish. Just as good 3 days later as on opening. — 6 years ago
The Terais special... doesnt taste like wine god raspberry and chocolate — 7 years ago
Blackberry, cherry, raspberry preserves, smoke, vanilla tobacco and oak. Good structure and soft tannins. — 8 years ago
Vintage 2017 / Man, I am so proud this wine is Dutch. I retasted Apostelhoeve next to Bordeaux blanc and Alsace. And it still stands. Light-footed but with a great backbone. Blend of several grapes. #apostelhoeve — 8 years ago
I first tried it on my 21st birthday. Then three years later, drank it at a friend’s wedding. Love this stuff. — 8 years ago
