A fine pounded Peter. 2016 base of 70 P 30 C, disgorged Nov 2021. The better the cru, the less bubbles and chill for me to enjoy it. Thoroughly. - at Frenchy’s Hideout in Hillcrest. — 16 days ago
A hint of oxidative notes and a really pretty, quite intense nose. Lanolin, lemon oil, slate. Very clear and pretty with a splash of salinity on the finish. Good texture. Excellent. — 17 days ago
Love the way this has developed since 1st trying a few years ago. Lots of lemon curd, white orchid fruit, rich with flint, chalk, wet stone & racy acid — 22 days ago
Light gold. A lovely nose with some light honey, limestone, a rich palate with lots of secondary notes. Gorgeous clarity and excellent acidity. Delicious — 17 days ago
