Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90min. The NV Sansevé pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart tropical fruit, white peach, lemon curd, white flowers and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and the texture is silky. Almost quaffable. Drink now. — 8 days ago

半年ほど前に飲んだ個体に比べて、こっちの方が明らかにフレッシュで熟成感が少ない。
前回同様に、黄桃や枇杷のような黄色果実に、カモミール、ペトロール、ライムストーン、ホワイトペッパーなどの後に、岩清水、レモンなどの爽やかな清涼感と芯のある骨格。

Wow. This has aged magnificently.

Nose: dense. Brooding but still alive. Complex as this opens a lovely florality. Utterly gorgeous 30 minutes in. More pink rose and pretty as it opens.

Palate: dark cherry. Silky. Clean. Spice.
