Ridiculously satin Syrah. Some funk(Sous Bois) on the nose, then luscious, mid weight deliciousness. Some tannins left but wonderfully integrated. Nice acids on the finish.
W Duck confit, beans, sausage and Black Pearl oyster shrooms… the cold is almost bearable.

Smells like seawater and raw egg — saline!

Light, crisp, lemon, seawater. A little bread crust on the back end if you look for it. Good and elegant — but tastes more like a good cremant than what I expect from champagne. 90. — 2 months ago

Smells of dark cherries, Coke, vanilla, some apple pie, cinnamon. The initial taste is really great - loads of rich, fruity (prunes) and vanilla sweetness, offset with an interesting tannin.
