Un Bourgogne dune finesse incroyable. 1990. — 6 years ago

Wow. Limited experience with Anakota but that's gotta change. Rich deep nose of black fruit and floral accents. Roses. Luscious and big, but not fat or hot, choco-coffee acidity wrapped in blueberries and compote. Lonnnnng. I noted that this was the best Sonoma cab I'd had since Vérité, was reminded by Som that Pierre Seillan is the winemaker at Anakota. Yup! — 10 years ago
Vérité Le Diamant 2024, Sonoma County, California
Pale gold in color.
Strong nose of citrus, lemons, gooseberries, limes, spices, guava, pineapples and sea salt.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with limes, lichee, lemons, herbs, pinanaples, sea salt and spices.
Long finish with limes and herbs.
This is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County. Elegant and nicely balanced. Fruit forward, complex and entertaining.
A good quality wine that will continue to age nicely in the future. Would be interesting to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
Neither tart nor bitter, which is how I like it. Better when not too cold.
Good right out of the bottle and good by itself as a sipping wine.
100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
13.7% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

Very Nice and drinkable 👍🏽 great nose as well! — 9 years ago
This wine has held up well. Fruit has held up, a little bell pepper on the nose. Palate is like velvet as there are some chunky tannins here for a rich finish. — 10 years ago
Excellent!!!

2013 vintage. Decanted and tasted after one hour and 3 hours. Medium body. Dark fruit and no stranger to structure. Balanced but on the dry side of the ledger. No front-running, plushy pony here. Really nice stuff and not recommended to pop as the extra bottle for the casual palate. 5.23.26. — a month ago

Explosive, super expressive nose of white peach and lemon. Really nicely aromatic. On the palate this is on the dryer side, almost severe, with good purity, focus and drive. Citrus themed, with excellent acidity and wicked cut. A bit more flesh on the bones would have moved it from very good to great, but for the price I'm not complaining! 70 / 15 / 15 - CH / PN / PM. 6.5 g/L dosage. No disgorgement date found. — 6 years ago

Butter galore! It's love in a bottle.... — 9 years ago
Not sure if this is a Jackson property but it's approaching Vérité quality for Sonoma fruit. Big, smooth mouthful and nose of liquorice, wall of fine tannins. Coffee and baking spice. Huge promise for the cellar. Impressed. Nice list at Grill @St. Regis SF! — 9 years ago

"Odedi"
Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim. Not showing much age.
Beautiful and complex nose with black plums, black currants, black cherry compote, cedar, light vanilla, licorice, dark chocolates, black tea, tobacco leaf, earth, dark coffee and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with black currants, black plums, cooked cherries, oak, licorice, earth, tobacco leaf, peppercorn, herbs and mediterranean spices.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This 13 year old Merlot still feels young, but already gorgeous. Elegant and nicely balanced, with great complexity, especially on the nose. Feels like a Napa Cabernet Sauvignon at this point.
Still showing lots of fruits with big tannins to carry it for the long haul. Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years. Has good potential to become a 96 point wine.
Needs 30 minutes in the glass to open up properly.
Robert Parker 100 points.
A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food.
A blend of 89% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 3% Malbec. Aged in all new French oak barrels for 15 months.
14.1% alcohol by volume.
94 points.
