Perfect summer red - definitely full bodied but on the lighter side. Hints of cherry and spice. — 2 years ago
On the nose it reminds me almost of nebbiolo but a tiny bit more fruity. Blood orange, strawberry, a tiny bit of oak, this is very inviting. The palate is extremely well balanced, there is acid, yes, but there is width and fruit, there is a drying layer of tannins in midpalate (not unlike the ones you can find in noble piemont niebbiolo wines) along with a soft, expanding mouthfeel, and there is a long finish with that drying layer, those nice fruit notes that linger for a long while. This is really good! — 5 years ago
Such an enjoyable gem. I love the terse grippiness against the earthy fruits, so bright and alive and sippable. — 5 days ago

Love. The aroma smells like notes of briny olives. Tannic but still smooth. — 5 months ago
Vintage 2015 | it is só rewarding to cellar Xinomavro - this wine has gained finesse and complexity - flint and still beautiful fruit (despite Diam-cork). First day with duck pâté. Second day even better, paired with charcuterie and cheese. Pour in the biggest glasses available. — 8 months ago

Slightly deeper in color vs Provence - salmon/apricot vs pink blush.
Fresh nose, with citrussy notes on the forefront with shy strawberries, a touch of orange peel and a flower whiff. Highly enticing!
On the palate this is positively surprising with light tannin, which adds seriousness and a nice frame. That is filled with juicy, fresh acidity and light fruit. Fresh strawberries and a touch of raspberry. There’s nice depth here and good precision!
This is quite a nice, serious rosé, more a food wine than just glou glou terrace sipping.
Still highly drinkable and quite delish!
Considering his stellar reds, it’s nice to see he can also rosé. — 3 days ago
