Adega Casa Da Torre

Agricola San Felice

Il Grigio da San Felice Riserva Chianti Classico Sangiovese 2021

Clear, medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of cherries, roasted tomatoes, and black pepper; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, high tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of strawberries, black cherries, and clay pots with a long finish. This wine is complex and intense. Overall, I rate this wine as outstanding. — 10 days ago

Da Vinci (Cantine Leonardo)

Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese 2019

Had this with a nice steak mushrooms and roasted melanzana with our own extra virgin olive oil. The wine was delicious, bold but not overpowering with a nice cherry after flavor. — 5 months ago

Palazzo della Torre Veronese Corvina Blend 2022

2022 vintage. Very nice, especially for the price. A little too bitter for H, but I quite liked it. Best within first few hours of opening — a month ago

Giocheremo Con i Fiori Abruzzo Pecorino 2023

Very solid pecorino, especially on day 2. Crisp, refreshing, quite linear and direct but still very nice. Good value too. — 3 months ago

Bico da Ran Rias Baixas Albariño 2023

2023. Back to Jaleo for a quick lunch in between museums with my wife and brother. Had a delicious Sherry with the roasted vegetables in a Sherry vinaigrette last time, but also enjoyed this crisp and mineral albriño. — 6 months ago

Torre Zambra

Madia Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

Nose - Crayons (in a good way), Old wood barrels and Petrichor. Main tastes - Muted fruit flavors because it’s so soft and smooth on the tannins for the most part. Maybe a bit of crab apples from the acid. Really approachable food wine. I love Montepulcianos so I’m a bit bias here with my rating but overall it’s really nice. — 5 months ago
