Only their third commercial vintage from the “Les Robarts” lieu dit in Cramant. Aurélien Suenen choses to ferment this wine in previously used Burgundy barrels and aged in Stockinger foudre for 9 months. This wine spends five years on the lees, exclusively under cork. Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2014 “Les Robarts” pours a bright yellow color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of orchard fruit, white flowers, almonds and a pile of minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is creamy. This opened dramatically with air. Disgorged January 2020 — 14 days ago

A traditional Rosé from a Domaine located in the heart of Provence, near Sainte Victoire and close by Mount Aurélien. As for grape varieties, it is mostly dominant on Grenache (40 %), Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre. A very elegant and feminine rosé, It is very perfumed, a bit tangy with a brilliant color, yet modern and elegant notes of white fruits, grapefruit, white flowers, and solid ripe strawberries on the palate. Dry and refreshing from beginning to end. My favorite paring with it: An arugula salad with goat cheese, strawberries and walnuts. — a year ago

Vintage 2021 | blind tasted my wine friends determined 100% correct, but after ten minutes in the glass the red fruit exploded and they changed their opinion to Cru de Beaujolais. I understand. I find the raspberries in this wine so attractive, cheerful. The taste however is strict, many tannins. Love this wine. | one glass left, after three days in the fridge. Fenomenal! — 8 months ago

Deep violet color. Heady, spice-accented red and dark berry aromas, along with suggestions of smoky bacon and licorice. Juicy and lithe on the palate, offering bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors that put on weight as the wine opens up.
