Flint and minerality come through with some salinity. Really nice Chablis and pairs perfectly with fish.

2023/12. Pure, classic Chablis - limpid, lemon and stone, a little flint and honey. No noticeable oak influence, in contrast to the Jadot Beauroy (another major Côte d’Or negociant whose wines I drink regularly). A bit reminiscent of Dauvissat stylistically, if not as deep. — 2 years ago
Crisp green apple, asian pear, lemon, lime, white pepper, star fruit, with a hint of oak and gun powder. Medium alcohol, high acid, and nice minerality. — 3 years ago

Ripe fruit and while there is oak present it wasn’t overbearing. Acid held everything together. — 3 days ago
