Subtle with some wet stones, minty herbs, a shy hint of orchard apple. A whiff of mushrooms undergrowth. Quite cool and with nice energy.
Nice mouthfeel with juicy, vibrant acidity, a mineral, salty, energetic backbone and almost a hint of tannin.
Savoury, herby, juicy, fresh. Excellent with some appetizers, so food friendly.
Light be a bit austere for sipping alone, delicious nonetheless! — 4 years ago

Following a very elegant Olivier Laflaive - this wine boomed with depth structure and acidity to really finish strong against dessert. Somewhat toasty. Very good body. Missing some fruit elements and complexity but a good wine to kill the night — 4 years ago
