Apple, pithy lemon, dried apricot and honeydew melon. Good acidity and balance. — 9 months ago
Still fresh with dominant scent of Sauvignon. Needs to balance out in dur time. Lovely with seefood — a year ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of several days and consistent throughout. The 2022 Sauvignon pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing and bursting with electricity! Powerful notes of stone fruits, grapefruit, fresh sliced jalapeño, verbena, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acidity. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+, substantial and refreshing. Lovely with northern Italian soft rind cheese. Drink now. — 2 years ago

Great wine even though it didn’t hold up to my memories of former vintages, maybe because it’s a rare wine in its class that’s both excellent but drinks better young. It shed its primary character and left behind some ginger, vegetal tomato leaf and a silky texture with a long finish, driven by very prominent phenolic bitterness. Drinks like an austere high-quality white Bordeaux without the oak, but I miss the vibrant fruitiness and stronger Italian quality I get in its youth — 6 months ago
Futili wine that is smooth, kind of creamy (not in a California Chardonnay kind of way though), that tastes a little like white flowers and linen. Just delicious. — 9 months ago

The oldest white I’ve had—4 years older than me. Orange hue from aging, no skin contact. Strong notes of honey, oaky. Very nutty. Super unique, fabulous — 5 months ago
