Perfect sonoma pinot. delicious — 3 months ago
Medium ruby with quite wide watery ruby rim . Aromatic on the nose with raspberry , rose , spiced orange peel and black cherry . On the palate this is well balanced and quite elegant in style , fresh acidity and suave fine tannins , balanced alcohol . Lots of fresh fruits , strawberry, raspberry and dark cherry , with some spice and chalky minerality. Decent dark cherry tinged finish . Perfect now , don’t know whether this will age particularly well, but from now and over the next 5 years . — 4 days ago
Ruby color, with pronounced aromas of red fruits, floral, earthy cedar herbs and complex spice. On the palate concentrated flavors of blackberry, plum and cherry with citrus, tea, herbs, vanilla oak soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, rich long finish, ending with fruit, vanilla, floral and oaky spice tones. Very Nice! Will age a while, but nice now! — 3 days ago
At Bouchon (Venetian/Vegas). First time trying this; paired with vegetable gnocchi that had more of a tomato based sauce. Smooth. — a month ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2015 “Southing” pours a deep ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and bruised strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, red flowers, mushroom and fine baking spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Drink now through 2035. — 19 days ago
