Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

This is a very tasty GSM blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Elegant and nicely balanced. Tangy and interesting.
Still young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
Already drinking nicely, even by itself as a sipping wine.

This is a delicious Roussanne from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Well balanced with nice complexity. Rich, and showing lots of fruits.
Not a traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc in style, and very interesting.
Fruity, and already Delicious. Elegant and feels very young. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.

This 7 year old GSM blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape is starting to drink very nicely now. Complex and well balanced. Fresh and engaging.
I've had a few older vintages of this wine, and it definitely improves with age.
