Too much sweet oak initially, but this came around. For the most part. — 6 months ago

Pretty decent Morgon for less than 17$. — a year ago
Pop and pour, notes from 45 min open. Lovely, and my best bottle..also my last '12. On the nose: lemon, soft ginger, a touch of honey, some sour apple. On the palate: excellent acidity and density, mirroring the nose. Paired with baked whole branzino, stuffed with onions and herbs...yum. — 5 years ago
Less extraction, deep. — 5 months ago
I think I’m drinking this too young. It’s fairly saturated and very pure and beautiful wild blackberry fruit. No pyrazines. I would give this another few years in the cellar. Popping half bottle in the fridge and expecting it to be excellent tomorrow. edit: skipped day two and drank on day three. Herbs. Purity of fruit. This is 🔥 — 8 months ago
Great minerality. Exactly what it should be. — 8 months ago

Weird at first -some residual volatil compounds, but then settled very nicely. Elegant, nice structure. Lovely overall — 6 years ago

Didn’t know much about Loire valley red wines until this random bottle popped up. Very nice - red fruit and grippy tannins. Some earth tones. — a month ago
This is not hitting. It seems a bit unbalanced and acidic and medium finish. Definitely not worth the price. #beaune #premiercru #dominquelafon #lafon — 6 months ago
A lovely wine that is drinking very lovely right now. I personally like 14.5% wines vs the big jammy versions for their balance so this fits my tastes perfectly. Very glad I bought a futures case back in the day. Enjoy sooner rather than later. Cheers! — 8 months ago
A good Chardonnay type wine. Was really good with Seafoodm — 3 years ago
Bright yellow. Clear. A bit closed on the nose, ripe apples, peach, honey, oak. Dried fruits, orange on palette. Acid. Tangy or spicy. Silky, medium finish. Tasted in May 2021 at BigMacs&Burgundy book event by Alliance Francaise. — 5 years ago

Found it in my wine fridge and wasn’t sure it was still drinkable. Cork was iffy, but came out well after some effort. Not even on the decline yet, very robust showing with red and dark fruits and a good solid foundation. Very enjoyable and could have probably stored this another 5 years. — 6 days ago
