This Puligny-Montrachet stayed true to its heritage. Mineral and chalk my on the nose. Well rounded on the palate with a crisp start and light acidic follow through that pairs perfectly with Thanksgiving appetizers. Vive la France — 2 months ago
It’s not about QPR when you have a chance to drink history. I had other plans for this bottle but I thought about the bottles I’ve sold over the years and never tasted which now I regret.
You can’t take them with you so you might as well enjoy while you can. Very good, bigger than I expected from a Burgundy but its another bucket list bottle — a month ago

2012 vintage. Tasted courtesy of @romo. Nice tension remaining and not totally committed to the overt golden qualities of the involved fruits this effort generally exhibits just yet. Maybe in another 7-8 years but this still had freshness in spades. Impressed enough to put it on the shopping list. Delicious and still fairly focused. Thank you @romo! 01.16.26. — 19 days ago

Consistency is their middle name.
This has just started to shift from fresh to aging.
Bruised red apple/pear, lemon, lime zest, tropical melons, drier stone fruits, whipped cream, ginger, brioche, graham cracker, very light caramel/butterscotch notes, grey volcanics, limestone marl, sea fossils, gritty chalk, white & yellow flowers with greens, excellent lively acidity and a well balanced-knitted, elegant & smartly polished finish that lasts near two-minutes. — 3 months ago

2017 vintage. Last tasted 7.6.25 (9.2) and 1.4.25 (9.3). Opened and decanted. Starting to show that gorgeous, silvery sheen when pouring. Tasted after 30 mins and 1 hour. Flitting about and nor super this or big that. More hint or bit of currently. Reallocating its' portfolio for the long-term vs the short term. Fewer explosive growth stocks tasted and more steady-eddie, blue-chips mixed with bonds in the mix now. Could swear I tasted a REIT in there somewhere. 01.23.26. — 12 days ago
