This is my last bottle of 3 and wish I had more… this has been consistently excellent and has taken on a dark gold color with toasted brioche notes while maintaining its lip smacking acidity don’t hesitate to drink it should you have the opportunity to enjoy it — a month ago
Medium straw yellow . Quite rich on the nose , some toasty notes with some wax and yellow fruits , citrus peel, vanilla . On the palate this is all about the texture , quite round but enough balance , blanched almonds , peach. Waxy notes . Good length . Drink now and over the next few years , in a perfect place . — 16 hours ago
ripe red berries, stone fruit, honeyed toast, and a creamy finish — a month ago
Opens up after 1 hour. Honey, cherry, hazelnut . Lively acidity, but well integrated. You can feel the tannins at the end. — 4 days ago
2021 vintage. Medium/medium-heavy body. Promising nose with fruit, spice and tobacco. Has dropped much of the baby fat of youth and transitioning into the surly teen years. Richness-front palate. Fruit in the mid-palate. Structure, spices and a gorgeous, savory note akin to comparably aged Côte-Rôtie. Hard to push away from now and on the come. The new Coravin CDP rouge at $40 a glass. 5.7.26. — 12 days ago
Nose : mountain air. Hints of burnt honey.
Palate: complex. Brioche. Intense flowers. Elegantly rich. Intense integrated acidity. Age. So salivatory. Juicy af.

Medium lemon yellow fine , persistent perlage . Quite rich and ripe on the nose with some roasted nuts , lemon peel , some camomile , still quite restrained and a little closed. On the palate again quite full and rich , ripe lemon fruit , orange rind , roasted nuts and a creamy mouthfeel , certainly enough acidity to balance but on the richer side . Good length and lightly toasty finish . This is good now but will probably improve over the next few years and last well a further 5-10 . — 11 days ago
