Onward to the 26th iteration and this is a tough choice - a smidge over the 25, but both spectacular. More rounded and a touch more balanced — 11 days ago
Amazing how champagne can age. This non vintage was easily 40 years old and still in great shape. Too much dosage for me but definitely a conversation piece — 2 months ago
Welcoming the Holiday Season ⛄️❄️🎅🎁 Cheers!🥂
Previous notes apply except this tastes sweeter now that I have fully shifted to Extra Brut. Pre EB purchase. Also, EB in 375’s are more difficult to locate.
The balance will be really good w/ Key Lime Tart later! 🍋🟩 — 19 days ago
The traditional family dinner for Xmas with a wine tasting - I always wanted to taste the 25 and 26 side by side :). The 25 is a wonderful rendition that keeps delivering on the promise of LPGS. Crisp and balanced. — 11 days ago
aromas are so complex with sliced fresh and dried ginger, subtle pie crust, tarte tatin and hints of nutmeg with some salted caramel. Toasted bread, too. Always subtle. The palate is full- to medium-bodied yet hemmed-in with a freshness and balance that draws you back. Savory and vibrant — 12 days ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Pale golden lemon color with frothy mousse and lively bead of bubbles. A nose of fresh fruit with yeast, nutty notes and floral scents. On the palate flavors of peach, apple and lemon citrus flavors, floral with biscuit tones. Great balance with acidity, delicate textures, long finish ending creamy with toasty smoky oak and chalky mineral biscuit character. Nice! — 7 days ago
