Vintage 2018 | true to type Chardonnay, with a certain refinement, balanced, juicy. I am hesitant to give a higher appreciation, because p/q ratio annoys me — 4 months ago
Straw gold color. Aromas of white flowers, honey, oats and pie dough. Peach, cantaloupe and lemon on the palate with hints of toasted nuts and baking spice. Lovely creamy texture and a long lingering (and slightly funky) finish. Medium-light bodied. Crisp with well balanced acidity. — a year ago
A delightful, refreshing wine. Tasting lemon zest, honeydew, apricots, and raw cashews. Lovely bouquet and a satisfying finish. — 2 months ago
Wow! Like most of Burgundy, only a quality somm would have directed me here and my lack of knowledge but trust in a pro reaped huge dividends. Unfolding pretty quickly in the glass and only improved through the courses at Alain Ducasse London. No other experience in London comes close. — 7 months ago
Enjoyed a splash of another quality 2022.
Viscous. Lemon, lime, green apple, tropicals, kiwi, honeysuckle, light caramel, vanilla notes, beautiful soft chalkiness-limestone, volcanics, yellow and white flowers, excellent acidity with an elegant, balanced, round finish that lasts a full minute.

July 29, 2025 Bouchard Pere & Fils with Julien/Tristan. Young, fresh not too citrusy. — 5 months ago
One of the better 2011s I’ve had in a long while. — 8 months ago
White flower aromas lead with notes of honey and toasted almonds. Hint of baking spices. Ripe Peach, melon and lemon fruit dominate the pallet with a hint of pie dough and those baking spices. Nice long finish and creamy texture. Really developing well with a bit of age. Appreciate you sharing this one, Ron B! — 3 years ago

2005 vintage. Opened but not decanted. Great fill and cork. Hovering about on the various drafts and reluctant to commit to any distinctive/particular characteristic other than ethereality. Decidedly precious and delicate. One bottle left. 12.5.25. — 19 days ago
