I really love everything they are producing. Beautiful complex wines. I find these have much more in common with great Côte de Beaune Chardonnay than they do with simple lemony flinty Chablis. It has that saline clam shell Chablis aspect but tempered with great use of oak. — 6 months ago

At 14% alcohol and a medium to medium plus cherry color this is a big #burgundy wine. Gevrey is always a little bit bigger than other villages, but this wine in particular and especially side-by-side with the Savigny-Les-Beaune seems particularly ripe and rich. Premier Cru Fourchame

Absolutely marvellous wine
Everything in place.
Mouthfilling with freshness, mineral and lenght.
When a wine gets closer to perfection it is harder to describe it.
My Australian friends will excuse me, but the French still set the standards.
Perhaps if i was drinking more French wines lately i would not get this excited, but this Fourchame reflects very much the vineyard style.
