Dark ruby color with slightly garnet rim. On the nose plum with old wood notes and cigar. Medium acidity. Taste of muted fruits, dark chocolate, coffee. — 17 days ago
Sourced largely from dedicated parcels and younger vines in a frost-challenged year, it opens with red currant, graphite, and cedar, layered with subtle floral and savory notes. The palate is full bodied and precise, with polished tannins, fresh acidity, and restrained oak.
More akin to Clos du Marquis to Leoville Las Cases in spirit than declassified Grand Vin, this is a well priced Cuvée from Ducru. — 8 days ago
Superintense in the nose. Torf, rauch, speckig, teerig, leichtenzedernote, viel rückaromen. Nir och dezente dunkelkirschige frucht — 2 days ago

Ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Nice nose of fresh red fruits.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, plums, light oak, chocolates, licorice, coffee, spices, tobacco leaf, light earth and herbs.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Grenache from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Elegant and nicely balanced.
The 2022 vintage was excellent, and it shows. Already drinking beautifully. Very approachable, complex and rich.
The high alcohol is already well integrated. Easy drinking right out of the bottle, and better with airtime.
Still young, and needs 5 years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
Very tasty by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
A blend of 98% Grenache with a touch of Cinsault and Clairette. Grapes from 70 year old vines were aged in large French oak barrels for 15 months. A small production of less than 8,000 bottles.
15.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

Had the 2023 in December of 2025. Paired with beef burgundy and was most enjoyable. Fruits-cherry and berry. Silky smooth tannins. Hint (?) of spice on the end. Plan to get a couple more bottles of this next time I go to Costco. Especially at the price point! — 7 days ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Blend of 66% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruits, floral spice and smoky tobacco notes, aged 12 months in 80% new barrels. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with cacao, tobacco, licorice and cigar spice. Fine chewy tannins, well balanced on long finish, ending with fruit, cedar, tobacco and earthy mineral character. Very nice, will age well but needs time in the bottle to really enjoy! — 13 days ago
