Once it’s opened & breaths it keeps getting more lighter on sip but leaves a great aroma of cherries

Nice crisp white Bordeaux. Made of 65% semillon and 35% sauvignon. Typical sauvignon nose.
Tried the same vintage last year and remembered that I found the acids too heavy then. But the year extra in the bottle balanced it all out. — 7 years ago
